Good massage and a welcome escape from the oft-chilly weather here. Lots of nice touches all around, like rosemary scenting the steam and hot rooibos tea.

Wonderful and soothing/healing ambiance. The deep tissue massage by Lennifer Berdos was by far the best I've ever received. I will definitely return.

I had the most wonderful & relaxing treatment at the Mountain Massage Day Spa. From the dry sauna to the massage and completed with a facial. My body was rejuvenated & my face feels smooth. Lennifer is definitely one of the best masseuses out there! She made me feel comfortable & relaxed during the entire experience .

I enjoyed the OH BE JOYFUL package (60 min massage w/ 30 min facial treatment) and it was fabulous!! Kat was amazing and my face is glowing... Be good to yourself and book with her asap!

Clean, calm environment. I was lucky enough to get in the same afternoon I called for an appointment and it was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had! I will definitely be back.
