New West KnifeWorks, was the best shopping experience we had in Utah ! The knives are beautiful works of art and an excellent addition to any kitchen . The staff was very knowledgeable and the customer service is exceptional. Steel quality is magnificent I honestly look forward to using this knife as often as possible. This company is the definition of quality and exquisite craftsmanship.
I was wanting to purchase a higher dollar knife at the store and was treated as if I can’t afford it and not worth their time. I had to ask if it comes with a warranty and a sheath in separate questions. Questioned about the warranty and was talked down to acting like I don’t know how knives work.
Some advice; If someone is interested you should at least try to promote your product if you expect sales. The lack of promotion and the way I was being treated made me turn away. With the price of the knives I expected a little information on the product before buying..

This high end knife shop has an amazing selection of knives of every variety. From entire knife sets in the block to stand alone pieces, their inventory could best be described as functional art. Definitely a must visit. Also Melia and Kate were so knowledge and awesome.
These guys crush it in the knife game! Absolutely impeccable customer service and extremely knowledgeable! I had a bit of a difficult knife to sharpen (chisel edge w/ re curve blade) and had been told by several specialty shops in Salt Lake that they were unable to sharpen my blade. These guys got it razor sharp without even batting an eye! I would highly recommend them for not only your sharpening needs but any of your knife/blade related needs.
