awful lunchs but amzing techers and good school
Most of the teachers I've had are friendly, but there are a few who make being at school not as fun. Lunch's are great, so is the staff. Although I have short hair and Im a girl, most of the staff thought I was make up until they heard my name. All and all though the school is okay.
The counselors never put in an effort to communicate with struggling or bullied students. The principal calls parents MULTIPLE times during holidays and weekends to give needless information we could attain from the school website. The teachers are moved around to different subjects and most seem to not care for the success of individual students. They pass some students with failing grades even if the student’s parents ask to repeat the grade. There are always new teachers and they never stick around for more than a year either quiting themselves or being “let go”. I honestly recommend going to a different middle school. The experience that friends, family, and I have received has been a bitter one. My review of the middle school does not reflect SFHS as they have provided a place for me and others to truly thrive academically and socially. The middle school is just a cesspool for bullies, anxiety, and mediocrity.
