Mr. Terry is a very knowledgeable, caring, funny, and patient OT! He helped heal my wrist quickly. Lele and Katherine are a very friendly and caring staff. I’ll be back if I need OT in the future!

Azalea city hand and rehab was amazing! The staff is super friendly! Dr.Terry is a delight all the young ladies their are so nice and helpful. They fixed my wrist right up. I am now pain free! If you need rehab you should check this place out.

My experience at Azalea City was above and beyond what I expected. Lee Lee and Katherine were very accommodating and attentive. Julie and Sally were always helpful with scheduling and other matters. Terry was extremely knowledgeable, professional and has helped me immensely. He is patient, takes time to explain what he is doing, and is never in a hurry. Phillip Nelson is by far the Greatest Physical Therapist me and my wife both have ever seen! 5 stars just aren't enough for this man.
