Nice, small local museum that is free. Parking is free. Beautiful brick building. Really nice displays inside. Wish they had more info on the equipment, but otherwise a nice way to spend 15 minutes.
Quick History with lots of cool stuff for the whole family. We spent about 30 minutes on the way to lunch and saw everything. Easy to get to from I-10, easy parking right outside the door. No crowds(we were the only ones in there). The neighborhood is full of history and walking distance from the fort and the other museums. Oh yeah it's free. We donated $20 but it's not required. They earned it though.
