A friend and I stayed with our 5 children. From check in to check out it was amazing! The staff here is WONDERFUL! Rosa and Sherrika were the kindest, most helpful women in the mornings! We have a lot to serve with our children and they both did just that! We love this place and will be back!
We have been coming here since it was hit by the hurricane. the staff and management worked with us and my husband’s large loss team to make sure that we had a great place to stay and work. Even under stressful circumstances, the people here were very professional and kind. Since then, we have returned several times and every time it gets better. Thanks again to the people here for all they do for others that are also trying to get a job done.
We arrived early and were exhausted . The front desk attendant was so very nice . She let housekeeping know and took my number. So when my room was ready she would let me know. We left to eat lunch for maybe an hour . We came back to the Hotel and our room was ready . It was very clean with an awesome Beach front view. I love it here !!!!
We had an issue in my mother's room with the AC not working properly. I spoke to Liz at the front desk and she upgraded my mother to a Master Suite with a balcony, where she could actually view the beach from it! This was my mother's first vacation in 30 years and that room made her vacation! I want to say that Liz went above and beyond. Everytime we were in the lobby she welcomed us and said hi to us and when we left she wished us safe travels.nnPool was warm, rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable, and breakfast was good. We will be coming back for sure and it is mostly because of Liz's customer service!
We stayed here twice recently, and both stays were absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The safety protocols in place for breakfast service made for a great experience. Rosa and the other staff members serving breakfast were so nice and helpful, and the food was delicious. I looked forward to seeing what was on the menu every day! We will definitely return to this hotel.
