Absolutely wonderful service, Deb was an incredible hostess. And answered all questions we had!! Even told us the safest way to get to the beach from walking from the hotel.and it was so clean and modern. It was hands down the best experience I have had at any hotel. Definitely worth the stay!! You will love it!
This is a great hotel. My only problem was that the doors slam shut. Other guests let their doors slam late into the night and early in the morning. Unfortunately, you can't fix the rude behaviors of others.
Called back today in another attempt to give this hotel another chance. Asked to speak with a manager. Representative with a strong Spanish accent (probably the same gentleman from yesterday) wanted to know why I wanted to speak with a manager. Then eventually told me I could not speak with a manager. Being unable to speak with a manager I simply decided to stay elsewhere.
Great service! Receptionist Terry did her best to be able to combine 2 of our reservations into one.nIncredible room size, great interior. Awesome breakfast.nVery happy with our stay!
Very clean, nice staff, good area close to beach, nice pool. Only negative is that the tv gets 5 channels and 3 of those are church programming. Bring a Roku because if it’s raining or cold there isn’t that much to do In this town other than drink or shop.
