Booked through their website a day before my reservation. Easy check in. Staff was nice. Rooms were pretty clean. Linens were especially clean. I only had moderate trouble getting in my room with my key, but the front desk lady was happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a bonus. Check out was quick and seamless. I highly recommend if you need a moderately inexpensive place to stay for the night.
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean except for the door. House keeping should be wiping them down. The common areas could use some cleaning as well. I was disappointed with the covid that they aren't doing better.
Old and is in definite need of an update/remodel. Not up to any cleanliness standards especially during COVID. Shower doesn't drain. We took two back to back showers in 4 inches of water. GROSS. I would not stay here again.
Last night my room key wasn't working so I went down to the front desk to receive a new key and was met with stubborn unforgiving rudeness. I know the foreman of my crew paid for my room, I know his name is on my room, at every other hotel knowing this information is enough to gain access to my room. I've done this at other Comfort Inn hotels and other Choice hotels, never had a problem. But the woman behind the desk refused to even really interact with me, refused to help me and despite having my personal belongings in my room that is paid for I had to sleep in my car instead of a bed. I have work now, not sit behind a desk work either, so I'm going perform physical labor with a horrible night of zero rest. Thanks Comfort Inn!
Nice big clean rooms and comfortable beds. Couldn't find Any good movies and it was Friday night but comfort place
