My first time visiting the Gulf Shores Library. When you print a document and the document did not print correctly, you get charged anyway. They want your money and do not care if the printing is not correct. Not their problem. It printed. It has ink on the page. Pay it.
We love our local library! Super people, and nice atmosphere for studying.
They were nice and helpful
New Gulf Shores resident. Friendly staff, practicing covid safety, easy registration. Needed to use computer access to print ($2.10 total) since my ink ran out and can't find in stock locally. I look forward to my next visit!!
I am in Gulf Shores for the winter. I go to the library often. I went to the library yesterday for a couple of things. There is always one woman that is very rude every single time I have to deal with her. Everyone else is always so nice. I’m in my 60s so sometimes I need a little extra help. She makes me feel like I’m a burden when I’m there. It would just be nice to be treated with a little respect.
