Run! They never work! Have been trying for 2 weeks (and before I left for vacation) to get my C-Pap supplies. Still don't have them. I recently tried again and called at 11:57 am got answering service. They took detailed info. No one ever called me back. My pharmacy called them and they said to call them after 1:30 that they went to lunch from 12 to 1: 30nI called back and was assured they would fax my prescription in yesterday (thursday). They faxed a blank prescription to my pharmacy. Pharmacy filled in info with needed supplies and sent fax back to Dr. Never heard another word. Called them today, they had already left for the day at 11:00 am. Now I will have to wait until Monday and start all over again! Looking for another doctor now. SMH! ud83dude20 NOTE: This could be my pharmacy wronging me as I've never had too much problem with Dr. Houston before now.

My second visit to Dr Houston was today. So far I am tremendously impressed by this Doctor's professional paradigm. He is very thorough and has tremendous communicative skills and attention to detail. He comes across as a caring professional and seems to have a wealth of knowledge and experience. What a breath of fresh air (No pun intended) as well as a credit to his profession. Definitely recommend.

Such a good experience. I can't thank the staff enough. There was a slight mix up on my behalf with appointment date. They were so accommodating and understood that I needed to be seen. It was nice to have their help. Dr Houston was able to address the situation at hand and took great care of me in a timely manner.nnThank you Dr Houston and staff! I hope that you know how much I appreciate you going out of your way to help me get well.
