Very friendly staff. You might have to wait a bit in the waiting room but he did make up for it by spending time with you. Not rushing you through.

Dr McAlister is a pain doctor. He is one of a few good doctors left that will listen. He has been helping people and their pain for a long time. He will treat you but he won't let you run the show.He's the doctor.

Very Friendly staff and Dr! He is very good at what he does and has vast knowledge and experience with dealing in pain and the management of it. Very happy with the treatments and procedures I've received and can now function day to day without dealing with constant and excruciating pain. Thank you very much and I highly recommend ESPM.

Dr McAllister is a very professional doctor. He will help you if you give in a chance. He will help you get your pain under control with facet and proloe injections.

He told me i didnt have arthritis in my knees which i have had since 2012. My knees were the main reason I came. He fast talks and Tried to change my visit to focus on my back and then kept trying to get me to say my neck was hurting. He scheduled me for a shot in my back which i never Wanted because stretching helped back pain my main focus was my knee. I had to come into office to find out that he discharged me because i didnt Want to get a shot in my back. The office claims they sent a letter in the mail but no letter ever came from him. I will Never refer anyone to him unless you’re wanting to be a test dummy for shots
