I like this Dr. And staff.nDr. Childs is very attentive and knowledgable.nThe staff is always friendly and helpful even when I have billing questions concerning insurance.nIn my mind this is an excellent first class organization.

This lady at desk was severely rude I told her I had red eyes and I had been of several different drops , I also said I had dry eyes. She says okay our first available is April 22nd , I said okay can I give you my name and number in case of a cancellation, she says only of you have are a patient and been seen .I said well I have a infection and there is no telling what my eyes will be then She then says I never told her about a infection , I said I did I told you I had severe red eyes and had been on many different drops from my eye Dr including steroids ,she then is very confrontation and I said why are you being rude she the says you are. I said what is your name and her name is Heather and she is the only one there . There was no reason for that ,she also told me to leave when I said yes I did.She then says wow ! As I was leaving as I was at fault for asking for a appointment if there was a cancellation. For real People ! I am appalled at her customer service an slack of communication as if she owned the business.
