This place has awful customer service. I made an appointment as a new patient 1 month in advance and they had no recollection of the appointment whatsoever. The receptionist took no responsibility for the clinic’s mistake and kept eluding that I was making everything up. She then told me I would have to start the process all over again, having to submit a new patient approval request. Ridiculous.nnI’ll update on my experience with the doctor assuming I ever get an appointment. Cool, cool.nn**update** I had an appointment with Dr. Kayle, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be going back to see her. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars

I have been going here my entire life and from the Doctors to the nurses to the front administrative staff, such a fantastic group!

Great staff and personality from the desk to the nurses in the back. Doctor Johnston was great. He had a great personality and a sense of humor. They take care of there patients. I was told If you have a problem they will see you in the same day no matter how busy or what there schedule is.

Great Doctor. Dr Brummett was my doctor from 2003 to 2014 while we lived in Alabama. I am an older professional who had various medical problems over those 11 years which Dr Brummett took care of very knowledgeably, professionally, and promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Brummett.
