They expect you to stand outside in 40 degree weather for however long they see fit. They have a huge inside waiting room with plenty of room for social distancing. This is not right & needs to be changed immediately. I’ve been out here for 15 minutes already. If the masks & sanitizer work then let us inside where it’s not freezing. I’ll have to change dr’s now to someone who’s more practical. You’ve already checked my temp & asked me 1 million questions, times up. Unlock the front doors. Also now that I’m in after 20 minutes half the people don’t have their masks on properly. They have them on their chins...

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist!nScheduled an appointment and was told upon arrival that I owed a $25 no show fee for a previous appointment (I had no previous appointments at this office). I tried telling the receptionist there must be a mistake and she insisted I was wrong and continued to get louder to talk over me. I was very frustrated with this interaction. I spoke with the doctor, Jennifer Pope and she said not to worry she would have it taken care of.nI go to leave and have to check out with the same rude receptionist.. this interaction was even worse than the first. The doctor requested get a physical in 1-4 weeks and to schedule that appointment. As a working mom with 4 kids it’s sometimes difficult to work in doctors appointments for myself. I tried to explain that certain times are very difficult for me to leave work and the receptionist (Nora is her name) proceeds to throw her arms in the air and raise her voice at me with frustration. Threatening me that I will he dropped as a patient if I do not come to the appointment they have scheduled. At this point there is no need to drop me as a patient as I will never be returning to that office for any reason. Overall awful experience and the medication I received didn’t help in the slightest.

Dr Porter is the BEST around! The wait time is long because she gives the attention that needs given! I would give the best review possible IF there was free wife and cable available for the known long wait time and if the front desk people were nicer.
