No one is ever happy about going to get their tag renewed or DL either. Today was very special. There was NO line. Everyone was very relaxed, greeted me on approach and very pleasant. Whole encounter took 10 minutes total. Now the cherry on top. I left my wallet on the counter. The nice lady called me immediately and had another very nice lady meet me at the door for hand off. 10,000 KUDOS for great customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you!!

Made our appointment with Fairhope to register a new vehicle purchased out of state. Arrived early. Gave our paperwork to the gal in the lobby who carried it inside and came back to say I had to wait until our ‘package’ is received from the car dealership. Sent us home. Unhappy. Very unhappy. Called Foley tag office. Told them what paperwork I had. Made an appointment. 10 minutes in and out. No problem. One star is too generous for Fairhope. And five stars is well earned by Foley. .

No stars. Business office closes at 4:30 p.m.. At 4:15 p.m. the lady comes out and starts giving excuses why you can't be seen today and does her best to run Tax paying citizens off Seemingly so that they can get off early. Not to mention that the facility seems to be 20 years behind on technology Night and day difference When compared to Florida's supreme dmv Where they have many people working and very quick Service and you can get in line with an app Before you ever go to the DMV. Here in Alabama you have a small handful of people Very unprofessional very rude. I'm told Foley is better don't waste your time in Fairhope

It was great today. So many helpful people. I use a walker and need to go back 1 more time for replacement license. They completed the work and told me just to come back and finish without a wait. Thank you, thank you.

I have never had such fast and pleasant service at a DMV anywhere. We bought a new car and had to register it. It took less than 15 minutes. It was a pleasant surprise to me!!! Thank you
