Best experience I've ever had at ALEA - very streamlined. In/out and the officers on duty were so kind, personable and respectful. As far as adding the Star ID, as long as you come prepared for your appointment with all the required documents, you'll be in and out very quickly!!
I needed to update my license with my new address. I called and set up an appointment. Showed up on my scheduled date about 10 minutes before my appointment time. They called for those who had appointments and in we went. The process was very quick. I was in and out in about 15 minutes total from the time I went in. No problems. It really helps to set up an appointment.
It's the dmv, you can't expect much. Went in to get a license renewal, without an appointment, ten minutes after they opened, at eight AM on a Wednesday. I got in and out around 45 minutes. I definitely could have been there for longer. Everyone working actually had decency and didn't just treat me like a number, which is nice, and not what I expected. Went above and beyond standard dmv
Just go to the DMV in Robertsdale. It's way less crowded and easier to get in and out of than Foley
The workers are always nice everytime I've been and work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I like doing the (schedule appointment) option online gets you in and out fast!
