Can’t even answer the phone
Didn’t open doors at 8, looked at us (20 people) through the glass including a sheriff who wasn’t even using a face mask, then came back 20 minutes later and told us they weren’t taking walk-ins the Monday everything was to reopened. Could have at LEAST told us at 8 instead of looking at us. Then told us to call the number, but that number hasn’t been picking up calls for 2 weeks. We told them when they opened the doors and they ignored us. No questions were answered. Can’t do it online bc I have a NEW vehicle and they require to see the car for the registration. HORRIBLE service to begin with before all of this happen and they’re handling this POORLY.
