Never again....hood. Extended stay conditions. Run down .nNo one in office to return copy of my passport for a prepaid room. no one to answer phone about no light bulbs in lamps, mold on ceiling and no double lock dirty bathroom, dirty door and walls. I did you a favor by cleaning up. Never Tuesday 6 April 2021. Was too tired and sleepy to even clean any more. Stained linen.
Worst hotel we have ever been to. I guess you get what you pay for but our key never worked had to go to the office four times to ask for towels because there wasn’t any in the room an it had just been cleaned we got bragged in last night an said this wasn’t our room when we clearly paid for it and was asleep the lady claimed she worked here we called the police never again will we stay here an I will never recommend this trashy place the only person that was nice was Corey
The owners and their daughter are very rude. Gave our room to someone else while we were gone to the store and some of my makeup, charger, and a couple other things were taken. After I went to let them know she started yelling that the rooms wasn't paid for and when we came to pay for them because it was a misunderstanding she started yelling that we were rude and we needed to leave and the police was on the way. She was nothing but irate and had no business since at all. She then started speaking in spanish calling us names thinking that I didn't know what she was saying but she was wrong. We left and got a much better hotel.
My room was warm and clean, perfect after a long day's drive. The bathtub was my favorite part, it was so deep and comfortable.
They are nasty af! My husband had a roach in his food that was left in the refrigerator! Our room key never worked once we left and came back!! Will never get my business again!! I honestly think I should’ve gotten a discount or refund!
