This was my 3rd time staying and I really appreciate the Staff hospitality. The housekeeping lead was very professional and great with helping me finding an item I lost. Ashley (Housekeeper) was great help as well. I even found her before my checkout to tell her my Appreciation. Great Staff! Great Stay!
When first arriving the lady at check in was on the phone discussing work schedules with someone and just ignored us. I think she could tell we were getting upset. She then told us she would be right with us.nnThe room was fine. It was clean. The bed was very hard in room 306. I attached a couple of pictures of the pool. It is very dirty. There is free breakfast in the morning and it was fine. Very closet to the casino.nnThe bed was the biggest problem.
A very nice place to stay. I would expect nothing else from Hampton Inns I don't blame the hotel for noise in an adjoining room.. I would have liked to know who won the soccer game played in that room. I do wish it had not been next door to a Casino. That stay cost me a fortune.
This place was nice and clean. No issues whatsoever. Decent amount of dining options within walking distance as well. Plus Windcreek is literally right next door if your into that. Will be here again.
Very clean, bed comfortablenNo fruits out and none of the food was wrapped to go. A muffin wrapped would have been great. Over all great value
