It's McDonalds, yall.
Not even a 1hour into Alabama and I already want to turn around. I went to the restroom then my fiance was going in after me and they locked the lobby. Not knowing he was going to by food after. After we left the lobby got unlocked to let someone else in. I called and they want to say it was under construction; really? While people was already in the lobby. Okay !nRestrooms was filthy anyway, so explain what was so special.
If you like repeating everything two or three times and paying for a mystery bag of food then it’s the place for you! For example.. when ordering a chicken nugget happy meal the reply is vanilla or chocolate?.... why ask the flavor of ice cream when the “machine “ is always broken?
Went through the drive up. I was given fries that were brown and dry looking. I asked for fresh ones and went inside to get them. Still got fries that were.dry and dark. They appeared overcooked. The shift manager was rude. I asked for a refund and he asked for the old fries back which is not proper. I gave them to him. I heard him mumble something about not wanting to deal with me. He was Caucasian a little on the heavyset side wore glasses and had a damaged front tooth. The young lady who performed my refund didn't want to give me his name. I am disappointed with this location.
