They are always polite, kind, and super fast at this location. It’s like Chick-fil-A on espresso. I fell in love with the chocolate oat milk shaken espresso! It’s my new favorite. Add whip and an extra shot for an even better taste.
BEWARE!!!! I used their drive through to order a cookie crumble frap. The person who prepared my drink must have not washed their filthy hands because about 15 min later after drinking my beverage I got extremely sick to my stomach had nothing else but that, FOOD POISONING IS SOMETHING EVERY EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE TAUGHT!!! JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE WEARING GLOVES WHAT GOOD ARE THEY IF YOU ARE TOUCHING DIRTY SURFACES AND OR MONEY AND DIRTY MONEY CARDS NOT JUST FOOD OR PUTTING THEM ON WITHOUT WASHING YOUR HANDS FIRST!!!!! BEWARE!!!
Staff members Sofa and Merle were very helpful! They both treated me with respect and helped me solve a tough issue. I had a generally amazing experience. The boy with the upside down name tag (blakely) was RUDE!!!
