I called Bill to inquire about having a bathroom undermount sink replaced, and we discussed the details of the job over the phone. Bill agreed to complete the job, and we scheduled a time (10 a.m.) on a weekday for him to come by. I stayed home from work that day to meet Bill in the morning, but he did not show up. I called him an hour later and he apologized for forgetting the appointment, and then agreed to come out at 5 p.m. the same day. 5 p.m. came and went, and he did not show up again. When I called him, he sent my call to voicemail and never followed up with me. To summarize, Bill blew me off twice in the same day, after I stayed home from work to keep my appointment with him. I absolutely DO NOT recommend going with Park City Granite and Tile.
