Trying to get in touch with anyone is impossible & they have absolutely no respect for other people's time! Sent me a jury duty summons & refuse to return my repeated calls & voicemails on the provided phone number! I've been calling for 2.5 weeks! Four calls & three voicemails... not one return call! And no one has ever answered! Not even the court's regular number has been answered when I've called! Totally ridiculous for me, a 100% disabled person, to have to deal with this, in this pandemic!

I called yesterday,Columbus Day to find out if the clerks office was open for voting. I was told office would be open until 4:30. I drove my 91yr old disabled mother to Bay Minette from Fairhope to vote and the building was closed.nI called again and was told the office was closed for the holiday?????n.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Willing to pay the money owed but they're not willing to tell me how much.. How do you pay for something when you can't even get information. I don't live in this town any more I live 15 hours away and they want me to drive there to get the information. Seriously???? Extremely rude people too.
