This zoo packed in so many interesting animals and birds in a small but spacious area. Staff was courteous and loved the animals. Can't wait to see their new location.

Greated by hateful girl at the counter. She acted as if we were inconveniencing her to let us buy tickets. Not much of a zoo even for a small venue such as gulf shores. Way over priced for what you see. You would better to drive to PCB to their zoo. It was our first visit here and probably will be our last. We went for the educational value for the kids but we got a education in getting screwed out of almost $90. They say they are moving to another location but that doesn't justify the the lack luster employees or the zoo itself. Makes one wander if they treat customers this way, how do they treat the animals.
