They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, but their prices on certain items are absolutely insane compared to Petco or PetSmart.

My recent visit to Pet Supermarket was great. A new and very knowledgeable associate went above and beyond what I would normally expect when shopping. Wish I had the name, but I didn't notice it.

I have been going to this store for over a year now and normally the people there are great. Upon my last visit though I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a young lady named Amanda. She was on her phone when i first approached her so I waited. After about 5 min she got off of the phone and decided that she could help me. I soon realized that she could not answer any of my questions ( which I understand as no one knows everything) but she did not even offer to point me towards someone that might be able to help. To make matters worse while she was in the store on her phone I couldn't help but hear that she seemed to be talking about her co-workers and the store manager in a very negative light. I do not know the specifics but I found it to be very unprofessional. I feel very sorry for the people have to work with her.

I have stopped here several time to get dog food,convenience on my way home from work (even though their prices are higher than most other places $15 more for the same dog food). But this will,be the last time. Sales people are extreamly rude, just stand around BS'ing then help, get to the register and have to wait dor their non-work related conversation to be over before checking out. I actually don't think this store should even rate 1 star, more like half a star.nnPS. After reading other reviews bet this will get the same BS automatic reply, and not actually fix the problem.
