I went in 2020 and love this place however I had my brows lip and chin done my eyes are almost gone. Some hair on lip and chin still there. My daughter had her lip and brow don and the hair is still there and wax was still there in place. Unless the other person comes back I won't. Very disappointing. I can't believe I tipped. Her. I was just ready to get out of there I wasn't thinking straight. Never has my brows hurt the next day like this. I can barely touch it.

I went to this location for eyelash extensions on a Tuesday paid $80 only for my extensions to start to fall out the same day, so after 2 days of them to continue to fall out I called and explained the situation and they dd tell me o come back in and they would fix them. So I did come back on Thursday and they added more extensions and the same exact thing happen again!!!! I was told they should last a month and should just have come back in, in about two weeks for a fill in.

They will leave you in pain with uneven brows. My family member went there for brows & lashes. Brows are uneven and have chunky spots. They messed the lashes up by getting something in her eye so they removed them & still made her pay. They blamed her & made her feel embarrassed over something they obviously can't do right. She can't even open one of her eyes now.. Save your time & money. This place is a waste.

Lash lift was NOT done correctly (and ive been here before to get it done), spent $70, and all I left with was lots of glue everywhere, burning eyes, and lashes looked no different. Was told that it was due to my lashes not lifting properly due to products I use?? (Althought I only use facewash & moisturizer, and like I’ve said, they’ve lifted many times before) When asked for a refund or even partial, she ignored it and said to come back to redo it... (even though earlier, before services began, she said not to get lash lifts done more often then every 4 weeks or it’d ruin your lashes... so I’m a bit confused there???) Best to save time, $, and go somewhere else!

I went there for individual lashes. They started falling out the same day. Went back for her to fix it, same result. They're only good for a couple of hours after I'd paid her $47. Will NOT be going back!!!
