This was reported as closed and I can see why.nnI scheduled a wax appointment a week in advance. Show up- only wax person had an emergency the day before and isn't there- no call to cancel or anything. I'm angry but reschedule for the next Monday (Groupon) and leavennShow up the next Monday for my appointment... Not there. Not back til Thursday. Its written in the book. So not only did everyone see it and no one call but I drove out TWICE for no reason. So im callibg the manager first thing Thursday to see what they say.
The massage was nice but i did not like the fact of the workers not giving me an option to have my massage in private. When we were done me and my friends went to pay and he didnt have change. Therefore, we had to follow him through the mall to the actual spa area, which made me even more upset because i would have much rather taken advantage of more services that day. It was my birthday!!
This is a very clean place. They always do a great job threading my eyebrows. Their prices are great compared to local competitors.

Worst day of my life , The lady that did my eyebrows hands smelled so bad I didn’t know how to tell her. Then she messed up my eye brows and cut a piece off and I know because I always do a before and after picture. She kept arguing with me. Terrible costumer service and job! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
