If I could give less than 1 star I would! I normally do not feel the need to write business reviews, but in this case I cannot remain quiet. While on my lunch break on 12/22, I booked an appointment and paid online for a haircut for 6 pm. I called the salon shortly after to tell them I got off work at 6 and would be a few minutes late and they said that would be fine. Come 6:15, I am in traffic on the road right before pulling into their parking lot and I call them to tell them I am about to be there and they tell me I am too late and will have to reschedule. Was seconds away from being in their parking lot. Not only was I told I would receive a refund by the front desk concierge when I said I would not reschedule, they did not issue a refund and I ended up disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. The business owner, Brittany Collins did not even have the courtesy to call me back to try to make things right. I have never been treated this way and so unreasonably by a business in my life. They do not care about their customers whatsoever or show understanding when “life happens.” Do not waste your money at this salon...awful customer service and experience all around.
Grace did an outstanding job on my hair and I would refer her to anyone! Everyone was so friendly. I believe I have found my new stylist!’
Love this salon, very careful with COVID issues and the friendliest staff. Every trip is a pleasure and the cuts and color are the best.

I have used Brittany for over two years (since she first opened) and have always had the best service. Staff is kind and friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend to all of my friends.
