I had a signature facial with Nancy today and she was absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to go back for another facial next month! Thanks for the awesome experience and the great advice! Highly recommend this place!

I was in town for a few days of relaxation with my husband and brother at the Ross Bridge Resort. Now, they have a spa, but the Birch Tree Day Spa looked more professional.nFull disclosure: I am a clinical trainer for injectables and lasers. So I can spot a professional spa that is on par.nI booked a facial with Reid. She was fantastic! It was nice to be on the receiving end. Her demeanor and her skills were of the utmost professional manner.nI had hoped that I booked other treatments that day. I did not want it to end.nMy brother had a massage and said it was also wonderful.nI ended up purchasing some sunscreen for my husband. Ulta MD is high grade.nThey have medical grade skin care.nI know that I will be returning for treatments.nThe pricing is fantastic as well. Trust me on that one. I booked an appt a month out back in early July. Received a call the morning of my appointment, advising me that the confirmation didn’t go out The day before and they were calling to confirm my appointment that was IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. Having small children and mynHusband being out of town, I could not make appt and asked could they fit me in later in the day or the following day. The phone number quoted to me over the phone was not my phone number, it was one digit off. I was told they would be happy to reschedule me but I would be charged for the full appointment. I was, in fact, charged $140 despite being told the owner would be contacting me to discuss. No one EVER contacted me, you just charged my card. I will never, ever, do business with you again. What a poor, tacky way to do business. I will be filing with my credit card company. When there is any question as to If the confirmation successfully sent out or not, your establishment should be understanding and try to reschedule instead of being so “that’s the policy” That right there is a great way to run your business into the ground.

I receive monthly facials at Birch Tree Day Spa. Dawn and her staff are very friendly and I leave the Spa feeling refreshed! I have also had a few massages there and highly recommend!

Heather is a wonderful massage therapist. I had a combination of deep tissue and Swedish, and this was one of my favorite massages ever. Staff was friendly and facility was relaxing. I will visit again if ever back in the area.
