Absolutely love this place. Not sure what the other post meant about customer service. Must have been the customer that time. I’ve only every had wonderful service and have been going here for a few years now. I’ve since moved to Homewood but will still travel out this way for threading. Great prices too. Never a wait.
The woman doing my brows forcefully pressed on my eye to direct me to hold my lids how she wanted. Now, I have dull pain in my right eye. I previously had corrective surgery on it. I never thought someone would do something like that without asking. She also poked me in the corner of that eye with an alcohol based hand sanitizer covered finger nail. I would like to be able to say that after all of that at least my eyebrows look good, but they don't. They were overdone. The top is usually straight, but the top curves down and now has a divot in it.
