Great local place. We were in town for a family event and went to Las Mesas for a quick dinner upon arrival. The service was quick with friendly staff. The food was delicious and the pricing was very reasonable for both the quantity as well as quality of the food.
We were the last people in the restaurant and they were yelling and cussing and a lot of the time they got to the front of the restaurant they were only speaking Spanish because I guess they figured no one at our table was fluent in it, even though 2 of us were. And our waitress yells in Spanish “it’s a mouse. Get it out” and the waitress and the hostess chase the mouse out with brooms. Then when I ask “was that a mouse?” Our waitress said “no no it was walking outside on the street.”nI will give credit where it’s due. The food was good. I ate before we knew about the mouse. So if you want to trust the place you’re going to get good food. But just be knowledgeable of mice.

We love Las Mesas. The food is so flavorful and delicious. Their salsa and salsa picante is wonderful. We love their steak fajitas and all items with steak. They really know how to prepare their food. Jonathan, the manager, makes you feel like it’s family anytime we go in there.
