My daughter rented from Bradford the past 4 years and we don't have enough good things to say about the service we received. They were all an absolute delight to deal with. The property we rented was close to campus, well maintained and she had only a couple maintenance issues while living there, all were corrected timely and efficiently.nnMy daughter has several friends who live in Bradford rented properties and they've all had great experiences as well.nnI'll highly recommend them for rental services, and would absolutely trust them with my daughters rental again! Great job guys!

Josh was the best real estate agent we could ask for! He was attentive to our needs, thoughtful and willing to help in any way possible. He and the staff at Bradford were great to work with and we look forward to working with them again in the near future!

Rented from Bradford for 2 years while at UM. Really enjoyed my time in Montevallo and my time renting a house from them. Their office is conveniently located in downtown Montevallo close to UMOM- so it was easy to pop in and pay rent. Super nice people, always made me feel right at home, willing to go the extra mile.

During the moratorium set forth by president Biden, this company has decided to through a family out on the street even though they have followed the guidelines set forth by the president and cdc and was promised to pay in full once they got the money at the end of the month. Do not recommend this unprofessional, LAW BREAKING company to anyone.
