Spencer is easily the most reliable person I've encountered since moving down south. He comes on time, does his work efficiently and always does his best to offer the most reasonable rates. I don't see myself going to anyone else for plumbing needs unless he is not available.nnVery professional, friendly and a true master of his craft. He was very nice and knowledgeable when I spoke over the phone, I liked him and was excited to have him be my plumber for a while, got a lot of work that needs done on my house. However, when he came to my house he did not have a mask and I had to turn him away. I asked if he had one he could wear when in the house and he said no. Since this review is written pre-vaccine, it is important to me that people I come in contact with wear a mask, especially in my own home. If this matters to you as well, I would look for a different plumber.nnEdit: After seeing this review he contacted me several times via text and phone attempting to get me to change this review and saying that he wasn't given a chance to go get a mask and that he likes to accommodate his customers wishes. I offered that we could work together if he got a mask and promised to wear it. He refused. I am very disappointed. Dropping to one star.
Had a kitchen sink installed. Excellent work, couldn't be happier with the quality and price for the job. Spencer is a friendly, knowledgeable man, who takes great pride in his work. He is very friendly and a trustworthy man. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
I left a message around 8pm on a weeknight, and I received a call back in less than five minutes. Great company and extremely nice employees! I think I found my go-to plumbing company.
Called in the am, didn’t get an answer, but received a call back in about 20 minutes. Very nice, courteous and talking with the owner, not a CSR. Had an opening and took care of my plumbing work in less than an hour. Great, did I say great price and service. I like doing business with a locally owned small business. Nothing like dealing with the person who has a stake in its success. I hesitated putting up a review because I have finally found a plumber I can call for future work and trust. Master plumber doing master work. Highly recommend!
