I could not have asked for better service. He was diligent about making sure the repairs were done right, and future-proofed. He stayed until the job was done, which went late. There is no other plumber that i will call again.

I called Carter about a leaking water heater. He told me he would be at my house by 2:30 PM the same day. He was early, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He was easy to deal with and discussed all my options and pricing prior to any work. I would recommend CJ Plumbing & Gas to anyone.

Woke up yesterday morning to discover a leak was coming water heater which damaged my bathroom ceiling. Water reclamation service (DryTech) got us in touch with Carter. He got on the phone and told us what we could do prior to him coming out to mitigate any more damage. He got to house around 330 and had everything he needed to replace and/or fix the problem. After asking for his professional opinion, we decided to go ahead and replace the water heater. Keep in mind, it’s now 430ish on a Friday afternoon. He said he would rather go ahead and start the job as opposed to waiting until Monday. In his words, “I don’t want to leave you with a ticking time bomb.” The entire job took about four hours to complete. Carter didn’t leave the house until 9 or so when it was all said and done.nnI don’t know of many companies that would have done what Carter did. He is professional, courteous, clean, and more importantly, trustworthy. I have ZERO issues in using CJ Plumbing and Gas again or referring them to friends and family.

Was very thorough in evaluating the work to be done. Took time to explain what needed to be done and why Was responsive and made sure to get back to us timely.

Carter was prompt and worked me into his schedule quickly. I really appreciate that Carter didn’t just find what was wrong and fix it, he took time to explain the issue to me so I would understand what he was doing to fix it. He even texted the next day to make sure there not any drips in any of the showers he worked on.
