I had shoulder surgery several months ago and I was in so much pain that I was unable to do my normal activities. Then I went to Therapy South Hoover. It was a good decision to take. Ryan is the person who took care of my problem. Ryan is the best therapist along with his team. Everybody is excellent and friendly there. Ryan did a fantastic job. Because of him I am back to my normal position. Big thanks to Ryan. He deserves the best. I am very happy and satisfied with his treatment. I will definitely recommend Therapy South to my family and friends in future if anyone is looking for physical therapy treatment.

I had an appointment for the day after I was supposed to return from an out of state trip. Late afternoon of the day before the appointment I realized I would not be able to get back in time. Since it was too late to call and cancel that day I called the following morning as soon as they opened to let them know and that I would reschedule my appointment the following week. When I arrived at my appointment the next week they insisted that I pay them $25 for cancelling the previous week even though I explained that I called as soon as they opened and it was impossible for me to call any sooner. I gave them money for the missed appointment and the rescheduled appointment even though I left immediately without doing any therapy and told them I would not return. I do give them one star because the therapists were good.

With the help of Sarah, a wonderful PT reisdent, the pain and weakness in my hip have greatly improved!nI feel stronger and have begun to enjoy my life again.nSarah listened, idenitifed problems, addressed them, and gave me tools to continue for continued improvement.nThank you Sarah!!!

Level of assistance provided was excellent starting with phone registration, initial check-in at the front desk, and interaction with my therapist.

TherapySouth Hoover was a great experience for me. I tore my ACL in June and was fortunate to have Ryan guiding me through the rehabilitation process. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. Occasionally Wes stepped in for Ryan and he was great, too. The atmosphere was energetic and fun, and they are very skilled and dedicated therapists. All of the staff there was impressive.. I could have done PT much closer to my home, but I’m glad I had the chance to meet and work with all of these people. Thanks, Ryan, for literally getting me back on my feet!
