UPDATE: after the theatre has been closed for quite some time, coming here I feel like I’m being scammed for the amount I am paying vs the service I am receiving.nnI will have to venture and say a good portion of these reviews may be fake...service is unbelievably SLOW. These jokers won’t even inform you if there will be a wait on your food. You have to CONSTANTLY go back and inquire what taking so long. If my daughter didn’t love the reclining seats, I’d NEVER go to this place. Note to manager, do NOT hire the younger kids that could care less about your business, they are ruining the AMC brand.
I still haven’t quite grasped the concept of how the employees work. I tell them that the food I received was not what I ordered, to which he replies “I’m sorry about that, I’ll have the correct one right out.” I know times are hectic, so not a problem. Fast forward, now the movie is over and he still hasn’t returned. Im not sure if he forgot or didn’t care. I would’ve given five stars simply because it’s a very nice and clean theatre. I will go back just because the family enjoyed it and that’s all that matters to me.
Nice and clean! Heated reclining seats! They have a bar, it's a little pricy but I like that they have it! The menu selection isn't as broad as it use to be. They have things like chicken fingers, fries and nachos. I love that they bring your food to the theater you're in. This is my go to place for movies. I highly recommend!
Went to see the movie NOBODY, starting time was 8:00pm. Arrived at 8:05pm, wanted to purchase popcorn and a drink. I was asked by the Concessionist if I was a A-List member which I am. Asked for popcorn and told they didn't have any because they were scheduled to leave by 8:30pm. To me it makes no sense on a movie to start and no popcorn available. I've to a lot of amc theaters and have not had this problem. Part of the experience is to have your popcorn in the theater. I would not recommend this one if they can not give the full experience.
GORGEOUS theatre! Tons of food selections, food delivered to your seat, food presentation is beautiful. Very clean accommodations.
