Customer service was great. Drinks were hot, no ice. Cold popcorn and some of my pre-order wasn't made.
Such a great experience with the new precautions in place.
Took my daughters to see iron man and loved the movie. 4 stars cause the VIP thing is fine but when the lines backed up and you have two employees handling the line I think a third or dedicated VIP employee is needed rather than haulting the service to the people in line.
Imax had great picture and sound, but the theater itself is dirty and understaffed. A lot of the lights in the lobby are out.
IMAX is an excellent experience, great picture and sound. I prefer it to 3D because it offers an immersive experience without using glasses. It's enjoyable to watch.
