Outside parking lot & all around was Dirty absolutely not 1 window washing station had cleaner or roll of paper garbage hasn't been emptied in 2 months,most of the outside lights aren't working,no adequate air or water station !!!!!! This place needs either a better owner/manager or both...nClean this place up fix what's broken and maybe your customer count will improve..nMOORE OIL COMPANY SHAME ON YOU
Cashier left the restroom when I came in the store then followed me back in. I waited on her to put paper towels in. She told me to go in the stall because she’s just putting paper towels in. I politely told her I was now waiting on paper towels and she said “no, there’s toilet paper in there. The paper towels clog the toilets.” In a rude tone. She was not only rude but disrespectful. It’s none of her business why I wanted paper towels. She needs to stay out of the restroom when people are in there. I’m now not getting gas here. Very uncomfortable experience-and I told her that.
The food was terrible. The gas station was kinda clean. The tables were not wiped off. I stood there for 20 minutes just to get terrible food. I DO NOT recommend chicken tenders from there
Most of the Pumps don’t work. Rude and unprofessional staff. Trash is overflowing. Think the new gas stations coming to Chelsea will put you out of business.
Every time I go there most af the pumps don't work, and today when I went there looking for a good pump, they closed all of them at once.
