The low rating is the fault of whoever does the scheduling and staffing here. I feel bad for the people behind the counter that are doing their best. They can’t possibly keep up. It’s easily a half hour wait to get food, if you’re lucky. There’s always a long line waiting even to pay. The food is good. The staff is friendly. There just needs to be one to two more of them.

Worst service any restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Beware, they do not honor loco coupons at the Northern Kentucky stores
Last week I went in and it waited a long time to get a sub so they gave me a coupon for a free small sub. The next week I looked at the coupon and it was expired a month before and they gave me the coupon. When I went to Cole and do an order and told them that they gave me an expired coupon they put me on hold for 30 minutes without an answer on whether or not they will take the coupon. I finally hung up and called the Florence location and they graciously let me have the free sub. Long story short do not go to the buttermilk location
The cashier Jessica is a very pleasant person that serves with a smile. Paul made our order to perfection. Just a great team all around. Very clean inside. Love this Penn Station
