Past 3 or 4 times I've been here something in my order is always wrong--I receive a completely different item than what I ordered or something is straight up missing. Today was even worse because the food was extremely lukewarm. Refried beans were cold, beef was barely warm, etc. absolutely can't be food safe and warrants a health inspection. Service and food used to be okay pre-Corona so I feel like the location is just understaffed. Where is the management?
This location is getting worse. Items were missing from my order, items were unavailable, and my food was cold and old. I really recommend going to another location.
Yes 4 stars. I placed a large order, with items customized to my liking and I was in a hurry. My food was right, my food was hot, and I was out of the drive-thru in no time. The staff was friendly and had no issues with my large order. I will order food from this facility again.
Missed a soft taco and out of what we really wanted. What we got was good.
