This man shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine! Very rude and doesn’t care about you as a patient only cares about making money! My last checkup he didn’t even do complete blood work! He needs his license revoked! A patient sees a doctor for medical care not to just talk! Doesn’t even have a computer to enter progress notes uses a piece of paper! I could get better care at jiffy lube!

I've been seeing Dr. Looney since 2018, I think. I have had nothing but wonderful service from him and the entire staff! He has worked with me to treat high BP, hypothyroidism, spinal issues, rashes, etc., as well as treat me when I get sick with common seasonal viruses or UTI's. He has performed/scheduled routine blood tests (more extensive ones when needed), urinalysis, xrays, CAT scans, etc (if warranted) in order to be thorough and find the cause of my issues in order to treat them effectively. He has gone above & beyond to help me feel better & always takes the time to actually explain things in a way that is easy for me to understand. Any time my back issues have flared up or when I have had any female issues, he has been diligent in getting me quick referrals to specialists. I have sent countless messages via patient portal, and I have ALWAYS received a prompt response. My lab test results are posted on the portal for me to view usually with 24-48 hours, and if anything comes back abnormal, I receive a phone call to schedule further testing or to let me know that a script has been sent to the pharmacy and what it is for. I appreciate the time he takes, his compassion and caring bedside manner. His staff has always been very professional and friendly as well! As many times as I have been to see him, the wait time has always been very minimal - moreso than any other doctor I've been to, so I appreciate the good job of the scheduling department as well. That is actually where I initially found him when I moved the area and scheduled my 1st appointment.

Dr. Looney is an amazing doctor. He's spent a lot of time discussing my health issues. I'm impressed with how thorough he is.nIf you want a great doctor who actually cares, see Dr. Looney. If you are drug seeking for narcotics, go someplace else!!!

Horrible do not go to him I was seen on a Friday has blood drawn and put on meds. Had issue with my meds called Monday no answer left a message no call back called Wednesday again left a message no call back and it is now Friday still no call back horrible practice for a doctor's office because I used to work at one that is completely ridiculous to not receive a call back I will not be going back and have still not received my lab results or a call back and it has been a week to the day. He also did not seem to care about my issues or my spouse that saw him either. I definitely do not recommend this office or doctor
