I like the fact that when I call, someone answers lol. Mark is very good at what he does, and seems to want to make you happy. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area!

I'd go no where else!! These guys are up front. Cost, long term and short term on each property we looked at was laid out in detail. I'd use Mark again anytime!

We are long term renters and have been satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Guntersville or Boaz areas and be sure to ask for Mark. He's the cute one ;)

You have to know your business and the area as well to be as good as the Thorntons. I'd trust them if I were you. They handle my home there in Guntersville and have made sure it was taken care of now for about 10 years
