Half of staff was nice but this lady who helped in circuit office was horrible said she didn’t know how to sign or where to sign and then she said she did know and that had to sign in front of her but when she asked she wasn’t specific it was our first time going through process it was very hard to find the place we were lost and she made rude comments like oh it’s you two so then now I needed to sign as well we had our daughter with us and Becuase she was in hurry and wanted to leave if you don’t like your job quit ! So then we went outside thinking the office for recording was on the back side which we didn’t know at the time and wasted time and then ended going back inside to just find out that they were gone it was horrible experience good thing it was only one time thing now I have to go back again thank you to all the staff that tried and was nice !
