When it's time to do anything with my tag or license, this is the only location I'll ever want to visit. Well, if Traci Green goes to another location, I'd definitely follow because she's the one who will get you in & outta there in no time. Super sweet, outgoing & knowledgable in every aspect of the job. She's awesome & I'm thankful for her help when it's very, much needed.
I have NEVER had any issues when I have had to go here. Everyone has always been so helpful and polite. I am usually in and out within 5-10 minutes.
Not your typical DMV, the employees are helpful, nice and best of all they are quick. I don't understand why Alabama doesn't model all of its DMV's after this one. Once you go to this DMV you realize just how pathetic, rude and awful the other DMV's in our area are. Thank you to all the employees at this branch, you guys are Awesome!!!!
Ms. Austin was the kind woman who helped me. I was shocked by how fast, helpful, and cheerful my time in the DMV was. I feel like this DMS must make it a requirement to be a smiling, engaging employee because I looked down the row and every person behind the counter was smiling and happily chitchatting with the customers. Such a nice way to start the day. I'm shocked at this experience at a DMV.
