I called at 11 am on Sunday. The lady on the phone said she could get me in at around 12:30. I was there promptly at 12:30, then she informs me that she wants to squeeze in a hair cut and ask me to either wait or shop around. Keep in mind she hasn't even started cutting this guys hair. What's the point of making an appointment if you do not honor the appointment time. Here it is 1 and no call from smartstyle winch tells me I made the right Choice in leaving and taking my money and hair somewhere else.

The manager on duty was EXTREMELY rude and informed me that she didn't have time for me. They were not busy. However the stylist I used Corey was amazing, he's always able to do whatever I want done to my hair but the location manager was Horrible!!

Told them how I wanted my hair and steal messed it up don’t need to cut hair if you can cut it right go work somewhere else cuz cutting hair is not for you

Jasmine is terrific she always friendly and makes sure to fit me in. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
