This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I instantly felt so relaxed & was treated like an actual queen. Teresa & Tiffany went above and beyond for everyone & was so nice. I will definitely be going back, and I love how close to home it is!
Me and my daughter in law went today for a birthday treat for her and our experience was awesome. The staff are so pleasant and sweet, the Soak house is so pretty and a very relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be going back!
Our day at the Soak House was the most luxurious, inviting, and reinvigorating experience we have ever shared! All of the staff was exceedingly welcoming, genuine, and fantastic at what they do! We left feeling like new people. Although the location is conveniently located in downtown Guntersville, you’ll feel like you’re tucked away in a secluded hideaway. A hidden grove of pampering and relaxation that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and rested. I can’t recommend a more warm, fun, or relaxing experience.
The Soak House is a wonderful place to relax. Their Tranquillity package was AMAZING. Allison was friendly, professional, and answered any questions we had. Erika was professional, kind, and attentive. Val gave the most therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. My neck and lower back were so tight and his massage worked wonders! My friend and I were so pleased with the whole experience and definitely hope to to come back.
I was treated to a work for my birthday, and was blown away! Hands down the best time! I will be returning soon!
