The place was distorted. Clothes all over the floor. Found a shirt that I wanted but it was missing the pants... found them in the floor. Its sad that the store let it get that bad. I been in there 3 different times and it was like that. I wouldn't go back and shop in that mess.
I went in to buy a pair of shoes and the sales lady was very helpful, only left my side to get the size I needed.
Good location, pretty big store. Many items and clothing. Customer service was very helpful
A little understaffed but always good service.
This Belk gives the appearance of going out of business. Merchandise is crowded, and shoved together so tightly on racks it's too exhausting to try to shop. All old merchandise.
