Never has everything on the menu
Not a good experience today. Drive through lane took a very long time. Fries were fresh, but everything else was not. They ran out of Dr.Pepper and Sprite. Receipt printer needs to be replaced because the receipt was completely unreadable. Requested sauces not provided, had to ask for them. Napkins were not provided. Worst part is they forgot to put a toy in the Happy Meal box.
Not great. I'm almost at a point where I am just done with McDonald's period. Not just location specific. The service and product I have received my last three visits have been terrible. Ive gone because of my children the other two times and this time I tried it for breakfast bc I had a deal pop up. I don't complain and I understand when times are busy things can be rushed and overlooked, but the attitude of the workers could make a huge difference in a customer's experience. They ignored my coupon, gave me trouble with my order, and the ice coffee must've only had one pump of flavor bc I took one sip and now its just cold watery coffee.
My order was made perfectly, granted it was just a double cheese no pickles and water, didnt take too long. Went during lunch time, good service.
This location is the better of the two in Alabaster. The staff is usually very nice, and the food is typically hot and fresh!nnI highly recommend this one over the Alabaster Promenade location.
