I was asked to pull forward at the window. Understandable. Almost finished my large shake before food was delivered. I went back in because I was missing fries and extra toast only to realize I didn't have my pies and went back in only to have the Manager of all people ask me do you need anything else? Yes I do ..my correct order and a nice manager who can read tickets.
Went last night at 930ish and order 2 big jacks & a #7 3 piece with a sprite . They charged us a flat for cheese on the big jack when every other time we order them they come with cheese at no charge, then my 3 piece tender tasted like cleaning chemicals. Which they was cleaning to close but don't spray around food that you are STILL SERVING to customers. Very disappointment.
Hi just coming back to give an update on Jack's improvements! Just ordered a number 1, waited in line 15 minutes before getting it, drove to my house and opened the burger, and the patty was RAW. Jesus Christ does it take Gordon Ramsey as a chef to cook a damn burger?!
Front counter person very nice, greeted me and made sure everything was correct before bagging
If judging on this vist 1 star. I was going for breakfast for me and my husband after working a 12 hr shift. Only to be told that the manager hasn't shown up. It was 8am. The workers couldn't get in and couldn't get in touch with the manager.
