Great service at this this Starbucks, not that it's ever really bad at most of them. The location is horrible, though. Getting in and out of the parking lot is problematic at the best of times. But that's no fault of the employees and, honestly, I'd rather risk my life here than drive all the way to Hoover or Alabaster. I've been here more often than I care to admit and everything has always tasted great.
What can I say...I'm addicted! I started to try new things. I had the brown sugar oatmilk drink and it was very good. I tried The Pink drink today and it was really good!!! I'll get it again.
Sadly they didn't have the drink I always order. I was offered a substitution but paid the same price. Customer satisfaction is dead i guess.
Great Starbucks! Friendly staff, quick service at the drive through at 2pm. As overpriced as every Starbucks, but occasionally worth it!
Come on. Great coffee and fast service. These guys and gals get on it as soon as you place your order. Great teamwork!
